BK88 reserves the right to request Members to submit identity verification documents (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any time, including a copy of their MyKad, bank statement, or other reasonable documents for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.
Members are fully responsible for ensuring their account information remains up to date. BK88 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Member.
BK88 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The payment methods accepted by BK88 are as follows:
Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. No daily maximum is set for standard deposits; however, BK88 reserves the right to impose limits on specific accounts in line with compliance requirements. Deposited funds are typically credited to the account within 5 minutes of a successful transaction being processed by the payment gateway.
Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. Withdrawal requests for accounts that have completed full KYC verification are processed within 1 to 3 business hours. BK88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by the BK88 finance team under special circumstances.
BK88 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges — please check with your respective provider.
